Elite Guard Training – Saturday June 28, 2025
Join Finesse Basketball for a high-level guard-specific workout built for serious athletes ready to elevate their game. This session will combine advanced skill development with explosive hill resistance training designed to improve speed, strength, and basketball IQ.
Open to boys and girls ages 13–17. Younger advanced players (11U–12U) may be accepted with approval — contact us before registering.
